Great Weekend For Football
Well once again it has come down to one game to decide who goes to the National Championship game. Florida and Alabama!!! The number 1 and 2 team in the land knock heads again in a battle of unbeatens. I think this year is going to be the year of the Tide. Which will send the marvelous Crimson Tide to the National Championship as well as hopefully give Bama their first ever Heisman Trophy winner in Mark Ingram. I am so looking forward to this game later today. It's been a long time since the Crimson Tide has played in the BCS game and they are due one. It brings back all of those memories from 1992 when they won it all and I saw them play in the SEC Championship game. It was such a great moment. Well until later today when the Tide rolls over the Gators to victory. I will post after the game regardless of the outcome but I already know that the Crimson Tide will be victorious.

Thanksgiving Come and Gone
Well, it's definitely been awhile since I last posted anything. Not much to say, Thanksgiving came and went this year. No big feast, no fancy dinner, no place to go. Stayed home and had a relatively quiet weekend. Got to see my Alabama Crimson Tide beat Auburn again and set up the big matchup with Florida next weekend for the SEC Championship as well as a possible National Championship Title game. Other than that, I'm just waiting for the end of the year to goto Las Vegas for New Year's with my cousin from California. This will be my 3rd visit to the city of sin and I'm really looking forward to it.
Things at work are going fine, no complaints. So keep on the look out for pictures from Las Vegas. Plan on getting myself a really good camera for my Christmas gift so I should have some really good pictures to post from the vacation.
Looking forward to what the new year holds for me. Now I just have to get a good workout routine going and things will be better. Until next time, take care all of my friends!!!

New Crack Addict - Champions Online

Well the day may have finally arrived where I put World of Warcraft down for good. I have started playing a new game called Champions On Line. I am thoroughly enjoying myself and having a great time playing something new. The character creator is very vast and I spend alot of time just playing around creating toons. Doesn't involve all the time and planning that World of Warcraft requires. I found myself getting frustrated with WOW doing the same thing over and over again and never progressing as well as trying desperately to get into a group to do a particular quest that I am unable to do solo. This may be the game that finally makes me put World of Warcraft to rest.
I do feel bad about leaving some friends though. I have made several good friends while playing World of Warcraft, close enough that we keep in touch with one another via the phone. That part I will probably miss the most but sometimes change is good.
I have attached some pictures of the toons that I have made so far and will post more once I decide on which ones I am going to keep playing with.
Vacation Ended Too Soon
Well what can I say. Vacation was thoroughly enjoyable. Although I logged a lot of miles on the road I enjoyed myself immensely. I left Saint Louis on a Friday morning and arrived in Ocean Springs. I got to spend sometime with my girlfriend and her daughter as well as several other close friends that I haven't seen in quite sometime.
I left Ocean Springs on Monday heading to Georgia to visit my parents and sister. I haven't gotten a chance to see them since Christmas of last year so it was quite a treat to spend time with them. I had to get my truck fixed while down there due to my front end being out of alignment but it was all good. I then left Gerogia on Friday heading back to Ocean Springs to see my girlfriend again and spend sometime with more friends that I missed initially. It was so good to spend time with her since I don't get down as often as I would like. I stayed there until Sunday.
On Sunday on my way back, I stopped in Hattiesburg to visit with Kim and her family. It was so good to see them, we have been friends for quite a long time and it's always a pleasure to spend time with her family. I wished it could happen more often but due to the time constraints and the miles it just not possible now, but it was fun although a short visit.
I had an incredibly relaxing vacation considering the miles I traveled over the course of the 10 days I was off. I'm definitely looking forward to the next vacation. The only bad things that occurred while gone was the fact that I got stopped 2 times by State Patrols for alledgedly having an invalid tag, which I do not. Each time they stopped me, I showed them the paperwork proving the tag was mine and valid but for some reason when they entered into their computer's it kept coming up invalid.
Anyways, I apologize for the delay in posting and the fact that I don't have any pictures to attach, but trust me, I totally enjoyed myself. I'm going to have to train myself to get better at posting new blogs of my adventures to keep them more up to date and recent.
Well I hope everyone is doing well and will post something new in the next coming days.
Take care everyone.

1 more day until vacation begins
Well the time is almost here and upon me. One more day until a glorious 10 days of vacation begins. I can't wait either. I really need a break the grind and tear of work. Looking forward to seeing some very special people in my life. I can't wait, the excitement is eating me up. Going to spend a lot of time in the car driving but the end results will be worth it.
Heading down to the coast (Biloxi, Ocean Springs) and then over into Georgia.
Would have loved to take more than 10 days but planning on spending New Year's in Las Vegas with my cousins from California and from Florida. That's really going to be fun times.
Well stay tuned for pictures to come, I plan on documenting this trip as best I can with pictures and up to date blogs. Who knows one day all this information may be valuable or possibly even determine the fate of the free world.
Peace....more to come in the near future...stay tuned and enjoy!!!!

Birthday Bash - Lordy, Lordy look who's 40
Well another birthday has come and gone!! I spent this one with friends from work, they surprised me and did a mini party at work with cake. Wich by the way was a huge surprise because normally they do one cake for everyone's birthday at Corporate, but this time they did a cake for my birthday and another person's birthday. Mine was July 29 and his (Joe Dorobeck) was July 30. It was a very nice pleasant surprise they did this.
Then my supervisor and Joe's supervisor took us and a couple of other friends out for a night on the town in St. Charles. It was fun, nice weather, beautiful night. It really made turning 40 not that bad, it was fun hanging out with my friends and having a good time. Sorry no pictures from the event but it was definitely a fun night indeed.
Well until next time, that's about it.
It's truly wonderful to have friends that care about you and want to share the memorable times in your life with you. I am very thankful for all the calls and cards that I recieved. Definately, one of the more memorable birthdays that I have had.
Plus with my track record of being so damn injury pron didn't know if I would even reach this 40 yr milestone!!!

Roller Derby Event

Well, a couple of weeks ago me and the gang decided to make a weekend of it and decided to goto a RollerDerby event. It was quite a reality check I must say. I saw people and outfits that I never would have expected to see there. Needless to say though, it was alot of fun. Another thing to scratch off my list of things to do before I retire. George Wescott, Joe Dorbeck, Shawn Howe, Tony Pizzo and myself composed the group. We even got to take pictures with the winning and losing teams. I've posted some pictures of the festivities. George even won the halftime raffle that took place. Enjoy!!!!

Reliving the memories -- This is how I rolled back in the day

Oh my god, I dug thru some old photo albums and look what I came across. Some pictures from back in the day when I rolled until the am. Oh the memories back then. This is a collection of pictures from my college days first, then days on the coast. True friends for life, best friends forever. I use to party so hard and so often, if I tried to pull that off now I would probably collapse from exhaustion. It was fun though while it lasted. Oh, the memories of the young ladies man is one for the archives for sure. I keep in touch with most of the people in the photos, some are my true best friends and you know who you are for sure. Just thought I would share these with everyone. Enjoy and get a good laugh at me in my younger days.

Happy 2009 Everyone

Well the Magnificent 4 Musketeers went out to bring in the new year. George, Joe, David and myself and boy did we bring it in. We went to a club in Solard where it was $30 at the door, open bar and free food. I don't think they realized with George, David and I the trouble they had on their hands when we realized the free drinks were top shelf liquor. OMG, all you could see were 3 big huge smiles. Needless to say, the three of us got our $30 worth back. Poor Joe, who was our DD drank $30 worth of cranberry juice and what we tagged as high quality white soda (Sprite). It was fun, we arrived there a little after 8pm and the free drinks and food started at 9pm until 1am. We had a blast, definitely something to put on the hot list for visits in the future. Couldn't get my stupid camera to work so I had to take most of the pictures with my phone and as you can see most of them didn't come out to well. Enjoy and Happy New Year everyone!!!!
